Parent & Child Dedications

Parent & Child dedications are a public commitment before God, the church, and your family. It provides you, the parent, an opportunity to publicly express your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child; for them to grow to love God and love others.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

–Deuteronomy 6:5-7

We're reminded in Deuteronomy that parents are the spiritual leaders of their children. In addition, our role as a church family is to walk alongside and assist and provide support.

Please register for the service you regularly attend at your campus. There are two parts that you are essentially signing up for with just ONE registration: A Parent Gathering on Sunday May 3rd at 10:30 and the Parent & Child Dedication Ceremony and Reception on Sunday May 10 at 10:30am.
