Dear Pathway Church Family,
What a powerful season that God has just led us through together. As we conclude our 21 Days of Prayer, my heart is full of gratitude for the way our entire church family showed up before God. We saw students, parents, men, women—every generation—come together day after day to pray the Lord’s Prayer. We prayed for God’s leading as we move toward our 10-year vision, we lifted up our “ones” who don’t yet know Jesus, and we interceded for our neighbors, friends, and one another. God has done so much during these days—not only in the lives of others, but deeply in our own hearts.
As we move forward, I want to encourage you to continue praying. Make the Lord’s Prayer a daily rhythm in your life and watch how God continues to guide you, shape you, and draw you closer to Him. Prayer is not just something we do for a season—it is how we stay connected to the heart and direction of God as His people.
This weekend is also a big moment for us as a church family. With the big game capturing so much cultural attention, we’re leaning into this opportunity to create a fun, welcoming weekend at Pathway. We’ve got four tickets to a regular season Kansas City Chiefs game, reserved for someone new to Pathway! If you bring a guest, they’ll have the chance to win this incredible prize. This is simply a fun way we welcome those who may be new to Pathway, so make sure you invite someone—your family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers—to come experience what God may have for them.
Looking ahead, I also want to invite you to our Baptism Celebration on February 14 & 15. If you have made the decision to follow Jesus but have not yet taken the step of baptism, this is your moment. Baptism is a joyful, public declaration of faith, and we would love to celebrate with you as you take this important next step. Thank you, Pathway family, for being such a committed, prayerful, and loving church. I am deeply grateful for each of you and honored to walk this journey of faith together.
Grateful for each of you,
Pastor Todd Carter
