Pathway Family,
From the very beginning, God's desire has been for people to be known. We were never created to follow Jesus alone. Throughout Scripture we see that God uses relationships to encourage us, strengthen our faith, and draw us closer to Him. Healthy relationships are one of His primary tools for growing disciples, and every meaningful relationship begins with taking time to know someone.
With that in mind, beginning Sunday, August 9, our second service at both our Westlink and Goddard Campuses will begin at 10:45 AM instead of 10:30 AM. Those extra 15 minutes between services aren't simply about adjusting a schedule, they're about creating space for connection. They provide more opportunities to welcome new people, encourage one another, and build the kinds of relationships that help people grow in Christ. At Pathway, we believe Everyone Walks with Someone, and often a simple conversation is where God begins to change a life.
This same vision extends to all our campuses and services. While the service times at our Valley Campus, Westlink 5 PM, and our MicroCampuses will remain the same, we'll be encouraging everyone to stay awhile after the service to connect with others. Whether it's before or after a service, we want every person who walks through our doors to experience more than a great service. We want them to experience genuine community.
And there's no better way to build that kind of community than serving side by side. That's why our current series, Made for More, has hit home for so many of us. We weren't made simply to consume, we were made to produce. One of the best ways to do that is by getting actively involved in serving. This weekend, we talked about taking the next step, and sometimes that step is simply getting started. If you've never served at Pathway, or it's been a while, don't wait for the "right" moment, there may not be a more meaningful one than right now. Open the Pathway App, tap Get Involved, or visit and find your place. And if you're already serving, here's your challenge this week: invite someone to serve alongside you. Some of the greatest growth happens when we serve together, so don't keep that opportunity to yourself.
Thank you for helping make Pathway a church where people are seen, known, and loved; a church that doesn't just attend services but lives on mission every day. Whether you come early or stay late, whether you're serving already or taking your first step, I want to encourage you to be intentional in pursuing the relationships God desires for you. I can't wait to see how God uses these moments of connection and service to strengthen our church family and draw more people into relationships with Him.
