Summary:

• Position Title: Kids Day Inn Director (PT)
• Classification: Part-time
• Location: Westlink Campus - 2001 N Maize Road
• FSLA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
• Compensation: $17.12 per hour; 20 hours a week
• Reports to: Kidslink Director

Description:

Anticipated start date: March 2026
Weekly schedule can be flexible but must be present during Kids Day Inn classes on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:15am-1:15pm.  June and July hours would be very few, if any.

The Kids Day Inn Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the KDI program, a developmentally appropriate and biblically-based program.  This includes, but not limited to, staff development and supervision, curriculum, safety, parent partnership, budget oversight and relationship building with children and their families.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.
• Must have a passion for seeing the love of Jesus develop in the hearts and lives of the next generation and within their families.
• Must have a commitment to the beliefs, vision and mission of Pathway Church, thus, Pathway must be or become your church home following hire (any campus).
• Must have experience leading/teaching young children in a group setting or have an Early Childhood Education/Development degree.
• Must have leadership skills to vision cast, plan strategically, interact personally, discern, build a team, communicate well and act with humility.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred, but not required.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and must have the aptitude to learn other programs such as Rock (database) and MS Teams.
